Town of Clintwood Independence Day Celebration

Join the Town of Clintwood on Saturday, July 6th for their annual Independence Day celebration. The festivities will begin with the Kiwanis pancake breakfast from 9am-11am at the Clintwood Community Center. The Dickenson County historical society will open to visitors at 11am. The Independence Day parade will begin at 3pm, and line up will begin at 2pm at the west end of town.  Please call 276-926-8383 to register a float.

After the parade, celebrate at Ralph Cummins Park with food trucks, bouncy houses, games, and a slip-n-slide. Bad Moon Rising, CCR Tribute Band will be playing live music from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm. Fireworks will begin at dark. Fireworks attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs.
