Jettie Baker Center

High-tech multi-functional performance and events venue. The Jettie Baker Center, formerly known as the Mullins Theater, was built in the late 1940′s.

It was donated to the Town of Clintwood by Ms. Jettie Baker.

The property has been completely renovated with federal, state, and local funding with tremendous support by citizens of Dickenson County. The Jettie is now a single screen movie theater, concert venue and a multifunctional performance and events space. The large auditorium and balcony area will seat 325, and the state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems truly mean “there’s not a bad seat in the house.” The large stage is well equipped with lighting, sound, and rear screen projection.
